With 32 Ocean View Rooms, 20 Beach Front Junior Suites and three luxury villas, we can accommodate groups of up to 130 for any occasion.

Our three villas are perfect for more intimate “in-house”-style meetings or smaller group breakout sessions. Afterward, you and your guests can unwind with a cocktail on Deadman’s Beach to the tune of one of the Caribbean’s most sought-after steel drum bands.

Sample Five-Day Itinerary

Arrival Day: Welcome Cocktail Reception and Caribbean Buffet on the Beach with Stele Pan band entertainment

Day 2: At leisure – guests can enjoy Spa, White Bay Beach, snorkeling or just enjoy a hammock with their favorite book. The evening can be started with a Sunset Celebration at the Loop where we can have a satellite champagne bar set up and canapés. Dinner can be at leisure or organized as a group event.

Day 3: Sail and Snorkel Excursion to The Baths Virgin Gorda 9:30am – 4:30pm – Lunch can be on board “picnic” or the group can do an on shore lunch at The Top of The Baths restaurant. Dinner can be a multi course plated event in Tradewinds dining room paired with wines. Entertainment can be arranged, like  a Reggae cover band or a DJ for late night dancing.

Day 4: At leisure – half day activities can be arranged like Deep Sea Fishing, Diving, Snorkeling excursion to The Caves and Indians at Norman Island – Dinner at Leisure

Day 5: “Island Hop” Day to Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Spit on motored catamarans. Excursion day to Jost van Dyke to the famous Foxy’s and Soggy Dollar Bar with a stop on Sandy Spit (small island with 3 palm trees on it, great for pictures!) Dinner can be back on the island, either a formal “farewell” event, like our Gala Buffet or an informal Beach night with tables and feet in the sand with entertainment.
